The timetable for our fitness classes includes a variety of activities such as the classic Circuit Training and Legs, Bums and Tums, and the more recent Insanity and Chasamba Fitness.

You can choose whether to Pay-As-You-Go, block book a course of classes, or join as a member of the gym and dance studio - see our prices section for full details.


FAST ABS: Our Ab Blast Class is a highly intensive 30-minute HIIT-based session which specifically targets the abdominal and oblique areas of the body. The classes comprises both standing and mat-based exercises

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Get a full body workout including cardio while visiting different stations all around the gym. A great way to learn new exercises and learn how to use machines!

SWEAT (HIIT): Our High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate upend burns more fat in less time.

HIT TO BE FIT: HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

PILATES: This mind-body mat class focuses on lengthening and strengthening the full body. Movements emphasize building strong abdominals and lower back to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace and coordination.

CLUBBERCISE: Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels. You'll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.

YOGA: Vinyasa means simply to place one pose after the other, synchronising with the breath. We move organically through a series of asanas that help us to develop unity in our breath and movements, strength, fluidity and balance. Vinyasa flow yoga is a moving meditation which can incorporate not only asana and pranayama but also mudra and bandha.

CHASAMBA: Chasamba Fitness is a partner-free dance fitness class using popular dances from the world of Ballroom and Latin American! Classes are for any age, fitness level or ability, so come and join in the fun and dance the Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa and more!

STRONG NATION: STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

INSANITY: You will work flat out in 3 to 5 minute blocks, and take breaths only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called max interval training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.

TABATA: A high intensity interval training class where you work hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds for 8 cycles and 8 rounds for 45 minutes in total.

To use any of our fitness classes you must complete a medical questionnaire, registration form and sign to agree to our terms and conditions.
