The timetable for our fitness classes includes a variety of activities such as the classic Circuit Training and Legs, Bums and Tums, and the more recent Insanity and Chasamba Fitness.

Chasamba Fitness - This is a partner-free dance fitness class using popular dances from the world of Ballroom and Latin American. Classes are for any age and fitness level, so come and join in the fun and dance the Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Quickstep, Charlston and more!
Insanity - You will work flat out in 3 to 5 minute blocks, and take breaths only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called max interval training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.
Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa means simply to place one pose after the other, synchronising with the breath. We move organically through a series of asanas that help us to develop unity in our breath and movements, strength, fluidity and balance. Vinyasa flow yoga is a moving meditation which can incorporate not only asana and pranayama but also mudra and bandha.
Tabata—A high intensity interval training class where you work hard for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds for 8 cycles and 8 rounds for 45 minutes in total.
To use any of our fitness classes you must complete a medical questionnaire, registration form and sign to agree to our terms and conditions.
