Fitness Class Timetable

The timetable for our fitness classes includes a variety of activities such as the classic Circuit Training and Legs, Bums and Tums, and the more recent Insanity and Chasamba Fitness.

You can choose whether to Pay-As-You-Go, block book a course of classes, or join as a member of the gym and dance studio - see our prices section for full details.

Chasamba Fitness

This is a partner-free dance fitness class using popular dances from the world of Ballroom and Latin American. Classes are for any age and fitness level, so come and join in the fun and dance the Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Quickstep, and more!

Fast Abs

Our Abs Blast Class is a highly intensive 30-minute HiiT-based session, which specifically targets the abdominal and oblique areas of the body. The classes comprise both standing and mat-based exercises.

Circuit Training

Get a full body workout including cardio, whilst visiting different stations all around the gym. A great way to learn new exercises and learn how to use machines.


Or High Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometime active recovery periods. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.


This mind-body fat class focuses on lengthening and strengthening the full body. Movements emphasise building strong abdominals and lower back to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace and co-ordination.


Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Legs, Bums And Tums

Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

Strong Nation

Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves, synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.
