Getting the most out of college life is about more than just an education. That's why we have all sorts of activities and opportunities you can get involved in after classes. Like becoming a student 'Xtra', so you can be an ambassador for the College and help out at different events.
Or you can hook up with clubs and societies, become a class rep, join the Students' Union and help organise charity events. The list is endless. Just bring bags of energy and enthusiasm, throw yourself in at the deep end and make the most out of your time with us.
Trips & Visits
There are a range of trips organised throughout the year that you could get involved in. Whether that’s a residential trip in the UK or abroad, or a visit to museums, galleries or leading business headquarters, these trips are designed to help your studies and broaden your knowledge.
Extra-curricular activities
Make the most out of college life and making new friends by taking part in extra-curricular activities such as our Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) qualification, joining our Academy of Sport, competing in Esports tournaments and leagues as part of the NSCG Tigers team, or joining one of the many clubs or societies on offer.
Students' Union
Looking to make a difference? Apply to be our Students' Union President or take on an Officer role including; Sustainability, LGBTQ+, Digital and Events, Mental Health & Well Being and many more - all designed to enrich and support the lives of our student community. Our Students' Union team organise college events, fundraise for charities and support Open Events.
