Our Esports teams are already taking the competition by storm.
As 2022/3 Rocket League Champions and 2021/2 Valorant Champions, we've already accumulated some serious silverware.
With training taking part in our state-of-the-art Esports rooms, you'll be utilising the latest in PC gaming hardware to ensure you maintain the competitive edge.

What games do you compete in?
As part of the British Esports Student Championships we compete in four main games:
- Overwatch
- Valorant
- Rocket League
- League of Legends
How do I join?
We have Esports teams at both campuses. At Newcastle we have the NSCG Tigers and at Stafford we have the NSCG Dragons.
Open males and females. You can be a student on any full-time course and you’ll need to have a good level of gaming experience.
Remember – you don’t have to study sport to be a member of our Esports Academy!
