Planning and Employer Engagement
A typical week will start with our Apprenticeship Managers reviewing emails and checking on apprentices' progress. A key part of the role involves engaging with employers to ensure apprenticeship programs meet their needs. This may include:
- Scheduling meetings with employers to discuss apprentice performance.
- Identifying new apprenticeship opportunities within businesses.
- Addressing any concerns or challenges employers may have.
Nicky Warburton regularly spends time liaising with companies to ensure smooth recruitment of new apprentices, ensuring vacancies align with business objectives.
