This course is ideal for those wishing to progress into electrical installation work allowing you to develop your understanding and skills of electrical installation. It does not require occupational evidence from the workplace, so is suitable if you do not work within the electrical industry. Learn about, electrical installation design.
You will learn about:
- Electrical installation craft
- Diagnosing and correcting electrical faults
- Inspection, testing and commissioning
- Environmental technology systems
- Electrical science and principles
What else do I need to know?
The course will run on a Monday and Tuesday evening, 6pm - 9pm.
You will have 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above. However, if you have a keen interest in the subject and commitment to succeed, your entry requirements will be discussed at interview.
How is it assessed?
This course will be assessed by a series of online exams and practical assessments.
