Inspiring Journeys Celebrated at Newcastle Collegeโs Access to HE Awards Event
27 June 2025
Newcastle College recently held a special end-of-year awards event to celebrate the dedication and achievements of itโs Access to Higher Education adult learners.
Students and staff came together to mark the end of a challenging, but rewarding journey. Commitment and success was at the forefront of the event of adult learners who have balanced personal responsibilities with the demands of academic life. Learners were presented with special achievement awards across various learning categories, recognising outstanding effort, growth, and the positive influence theyโve had on their peers.
The ceremony was a significant milestone and a moment to reflect on the transformative journey each student has taken. Many have overcome personal and academic challenges to complete their diplomas and are now preparing to take their next steps toward university and future careers.
