NSCG Newcastle College celebrates the achievements of adult learners at annual Access to Higher Education Awards
NSCG Newcastle College hosted an end-of-year celebratory awards event for Access to Higher Education students to commemorate a year of hard-work, success, teamwork, and achievements.
Students and staff came together on Thursday 13 June and Friday 14 June to celebrate their success and achievements during their intensive 10-month course.
Awards were presented by staff to individual students, recognising their efforts throughout the year and highlighting the positive impact they had on their peers across the Access to HE pathways.
The event was a poignant moment for everyone to look back on their phenomenal, life-changing year and be part of this special occasion. Having taken the leap back into the world of education, our adult learners have overcome many hurdles, both personally and academically to complete the Access to HE Diploma and look to progress to university to help them to achieve their dream careers
