Why did you run for the position?
I am a supportive individual who is always up for challenges and I like to overcome barriers. I am a confident person and I want to help others feel comfortable with who they are and help to bring out the best in them.
What are your aims?
I have a lot of friends who are in the community and as an ally, I love to support the LGBTQ+ community. l want to help them see that I support them and want to make the college a safe space for everyone.
What makes you passionate about the role?
I am confident, strong and I am an approachable and supportive person and I want everyone to feel comfortable when they come to college.
What are you looking forward to over the next 12 months?
To find the interest and ideas that want to put in towards making nscg a place everyone feels comfortable.
What’s your favourite thing about studying at NSCG?
The facilities at NSCG are fantastic and there is a wide variety of events on that everyone can get involved with. There is also much more support than at high school as the teachers really want you to succeed.
Tell us a random fact about yourself
I love musical theatre.
What 5 words would your friends use to describe you?
Funny, nice, lovely, imaginative and friendly
What are your hobbies / interests?
I like to dance and go to the gym. I need to focus on studies at the moment though so I am thinking of dropping dance whilst I concentrate on college work.
What’s your favourite NSCG hangout?
Starbucks and the Food Hall and outside when the weather is good.
What are you listening to at the moment?
I listen to Lana Del Rey, Mitski and Boa.
