Why did you run for the position?

I ran for my position because I have a drive to support others. Through my own personal experiences I understand how difficult life can be due to a variety of circumstances or problems we can encounter.

Through my course I’ve gained an understanding of how to support a variety of people and want to ensure that everyone’s voices are heard to ensure that the College is accessible to anyone, regardless of ability.

What would you like to achieve during your post?

I would like to get feedback from students with a disability on how they are finding their studies at NSCG, whether good or bad. I’d like to use this feedback to make positive changes to our environment, by making reasonable adjustments or through removing barriers that some people may face.
