Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that values diversity and addresses special educational needs. Develop strong communication skills to engage with families, caregivers, and external agencies in nurturing children's educational growth and well-being.

Do you want to work with children and young people of all ages? Our Level 3 T-Level in Education & Early Years will give you the foundations you need to set you on the path towards your ideal career. Focusing on working with children aged 0-19, the T-Level qualification combines learning in the classroom with gaining vital ‘on-the-job’ experience.

Year one will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of key topics such as supporting education, child development, safeguarding, and working in partnership. You'll also explore Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) and develop a range of hands-on skills through your placement.

The Assisting Teaching pathway is perfect for those who want to inspire and support children aged 5 years and above in a school setting. You’ll learn how to help pupils thrive in their learning by working alongside teachers, planning and delivering activities, and supporting children with different needs in the classroom. This pathway gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools, developing the skills to build positive relationships with pupils and contribute to their progress. This pathway prepares you for a role as a Teaching Assistant, but it also opens the door to a wide range of careers in education such as becoming a Primary or Secondary School Teacher.

You'll need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including maths and English Language and in subjects that are relevant to the course you'd like to study.

You will be assessed through written and practical examinations, employer projects, group work, presentations and analysis. You will also be observed and assessed in the workplace
