Congratulations, Holly, on this well-deserved recognition!
Owen Van-Greuning
Nominated for the Apprentice of the Month Award, Owen's work ethic and positivity have set him apart, surpassing all apprenticeship targets with ease. Already initiating the End Point Assessment an impressive 5 months early, Owen is on track for the highest possible grade. A respected team member, he's not only a role model for peers but also an outstanding and compassionate ambassador for MKL. Owen's selfless act recently displayed MKL's values in action. A distressed elderly lady arrived at the Construction Plant Centre, needing to get to the hospital. With a broken Sat-Nav and unfamiliarity with Stafford town, Owen, on his lunch break, stepped up without hesitation. He offered to drive so she could follow, ensuring she'd safely reach her destination. Paul Hooper from MKL praises Owen as a huge asset, and is extremely proud of his remarkable development, stellar progress and admirable kindness. Huge congratulations, Owen!
