Spanish for Beginners

This course is for you if you have no knowledge of the language or very little and would like a refresher course. The course aims to provide you with an understanding of the basics of the Spanish language and culture. The course is based on situations that you may encounter as a visitor to Spain or another Spanish-speaking country. Lessons will be taught through fun and interactive activities, games and role play to help you communicate with others in a variety of situations such as food and drink, accommodation and travel.

Suitable if you have never studied the particular language before and/or have no experience at all of foreign language study.

You will be taught in a friendly and supportive environment with ongoing feedback from your tutor. There are no formal assessments, just a tracking of your progress.

Courses with a duration over 12 weeks and costing in excess of £150 (including exam fees) can be paid for in instalments over the duration of the course or one year (whichever is shorter). While the College can not guarantee this arrangement in every case, we will do our best to accommodate requests to pay by instalments. In order to pay by instalments you must come into the college, we cannot take payment online.
