Film Students Win Stoke 100 Awards

Newcastle College Film students have showcased their talents at a recent Stoke 100 Film Festival!Β

As part of Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Centenary Celebrations students were challenged with creating a short film about the great things in the City and why they love it.  The aim is to celebrate the Centenary whilst raising the profile and image of our City.

A number of NSCG students took up the challenge and the winners were announced at an event that took place on Saturday 15th November.

Sam Foster took home the prestigious Best Film Award for his incredible short film β€˜π“π‘πž πŽπšππœπšπ€πž πŒπšπ€πžπ«β€™ and Emily Laws won an award for her captivating short film β€˜π‘π¨π¨ππ¬β€™.
