Level 3 Art and Design Students Bring Festive Cheer to Stafford College Food Hall Windows
In the spirit of spreading holiday joy, Level 3 Art and Design students at Stafford College this week took their creative talents to the next level.
Armed with chalk markers, the students collectively contributed to creating a snowy landscape featuring charming elements such as Christmas trees, baubles, snow-covered houses, and cheerful snowmen to transform the windows of the College’s Food Hall.
The budding artists were able to showcase their artistic talents whilst adding a touch of festive magic to the college environment with passers-by and traffic able to enjoy the creativity on display as the windows come alive with colourful seasonal imagery.
Curriculum Leader for Level 3 Art & Design, Sue Bugler said: "Our first-year, Level 3 Art and Design students are brilliant, very enthusiastic, and talented, so we thought it would be a great opportunity for them to get involved.
“The windows in the food hall look out onto the road so we thought it would be the perfect location for them to have a go at large scale chalk drawings, embracing the holiday spirit with lots of colourful festive scenes.”
The completed artwork is festive treat for everyone entering the college, spreading holiday cheer and showcasing the artistic spirit thriving within the student community.
