V Level Courses
As part of our commitment to providing innovative future-focused learning opportunities, we are excited to introduce V Levels from September 2027.
These new Level 3 qualifications are equivalent in size to one A Level and are designed to give you practical, career-focused learning.
V Levels can be studied alongside other qualifications such as A Levels, A+ Programmes or a Vocational Diploma to create a personalised study programme equivalent in size to three A Levels.
From 2027, we will offer V Levels in Accounting, Digital and Education, with more subjects planned from 2028.
What do I need?
- A minimum of four or more high grades at GCSE* in subjects that are relevant to the course you’d like to study, including maths and/or English Language at grade 4 or above.
*If choosing to study a V Level alongside A Level course combinations you need a minimum of five GCSEs at grade 5 or above, in subjects relevant to your A Level or A+ Programme subject choices.
