Leek College and Leek Town Partnership Celebrates League-Winning First Season

The team delivered an outstanding performance, finishing the season with an impressive record of 13 wins, one draw and just one defeat, securing 40 points from a possible 45 and establishing themselves as a dominant force throughout the league.

The success marks a major milestone for the new partnership between NSCG Leek College and Leek Town, showcasing the talent, commitment and determination of the student players both on and off the pitch.

The league title win was officially celebrated during the team’s final home game last week, where players were presented with their winners’ medals before proudly lifting the league trophy in front of supporters, staff and family members. 

The celebrations continued afterwards with a special celebratory lunch to recognise the achievements of the squad and coaching team.
