Sport & Public Services

Where challenging yourself, is more challenging.

If a desk job isn’t your thing, you like being busy and active, and you like a personal challenge, a career in Sport or Public Services sounds right up your street.

You’ll be taught by professionals with years of service in Sport and Uniformed Public Services, so you’ll benefit from outstanding expertise and vast knowledge as they guide you towards your chosen career in the industry.

Secure your future! Our sport courses including personal training, gym instructing, sports coaching and sports science, will help you to hone your communication, leadership and teamwork skills as you develop as a coach and explore the anatomy, physiology and psychology of sport. Our range of industry recognised fitness qualifications will develop your skills when working in both individual and group-based exercise settings.

Or let us put you through your paces and test your mental and physical abilities as you prepare for the demands of a career in the uniformed public services such as the Police, the Ambulance Service, the Fire and Rescue Service, the British Army, Royal Air Force or Royal Navy. Find out more in our Public Service courses.

Reach higher: If you're ready to move onto a university level qualification we offer a full and part-time HNC and HND course in Protective Services and Criminal Management.
